True to his reputation for unforgettably glamorous and luxurious New Year’s Eve dining experiences, Chef Garth has prepared two menus to wow and delight this year. Pork belly, scallops, Karoo lamb and Sea Bass are all on offer for those choosing the traditional menu, whilst vegetarian diners can look forward to gorgonzola tart, wild mushroom bisque, goat’s cheese lasagne, and artichoke risotto.
