The Women’s Day gourmet luncheon menu offers an irresistible medley of dishes, beginning with a West Coast Mussels Demi Tasse Canapè, served with green curry broth and basil oil to tempt the palate, followed by a Starter of Cured Salmon Trout, Asparagus & Avocado Salad with salmon caviar, quail eggs, fines herbs, baby salad leaves & chive aioli.
