Booking conditions

PRICES
All rates include Vat of 14% where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice.
Rates are quoted per room per night on a Bed and Breakfast basis.
Rates do NOT include Telephone, Laundry, Spa Treatments, Pro-shop purchases or gratuities.

TOURISM LEVY
This levy is included in the rate.

CHILDREN
A maximum of one child under 2 years sharing in a Superior room (cot).

A maximum of two children under the age of 12 years sharing with their parents in the Family Room.
Children over the age of twelve years will require a separate room.

PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY CONDITIONS
Full pre-payment or credit card details to secure are required 30 days prior to arrival.

25% of total due if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
50% of total due if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
100% of total due if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.

CREDIT CARDS
Amex, MasterCard, Visa, Diners are accepted at the hotel.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Rooms may be occupied from 14h00 on day of arrival.
Rooms must be vacated by 11h00 on day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.

TRANSFERS
Transfers to/from the airport can be arranged at an additional charge through an accredited touring / car rental agency.

CONFERENCES
Conference facilities and packages are available on request.

GOLF BOOKING
Tee - off times may be booked on confirmation of Hotel reservation.
Golfers with proof of Club Affiliation and a handicap may book T-off times in advance, with the exception of Saturdays and the annual Steenberg Classic which may only be booked one day prior to the date of play.

WINE TASTING
A visit to Steenberg Winery may be booked at reception during your stay.
Wine tastings are free of charge for hotel guests.
Wines can be exported.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • The hotel is unable to accommodate more than 2 adults per room.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • Please advise Reservations in advance of any Restaurant reservations, Golf tee-off time requests or Spa bookings in order to avoid disappointment.
  • Please advise Reservations of any special dietary requirements or special occasions (anniversary, birthday, etc.)
  • We recommend that guests take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances
