Winery News ... Remember the Tasting Room is open on Sundays for your convenient wine tasting and shopping. Anetha Homan has shared her special summer cocktail drink with us and it’s easy to make. One bottle of Klein Steenberg Rosé add lots of ice, some fresh mint leaves, strawberries and a little sugar. Stir to blend thoroughly. She says it is delicious and very refreshing! Tasting note for Klein Steenberg Dry Rosé: Blueberries, violets, strawberries and seductively mouth watering... Ed’s note: Sounds good for Valentine’s Day.
