Winter a la Carte Menu

The winter a la carte menu is proving to be a winner amongst diners.

Chef is basking in all the compliments with the Chalmar Beef Fillet being a popular choice closely followed by the Springbok Loin, with many diners choosing to finish their meal off with a selection of Farmhouse Cheeses and a glass of Port.

Babor’s Khanya Treatment; an African Adventure

 

Drawing inspiration from ancient rituals and the traditions of Africa, Babor’s Khanya Energy Balance treatment incorporates elements such as lava stone, calcite and rose quartz to awaken and harmonise the energies.

Brut 1682 will be back in stock, and the special for July is Catharina at R135 per bottle, as opposed to the normal R170 per bottle.

Celebrations on the programme? Luckily the Brut 1682 is back in stock.

True to the ‘declaration’ that was made when Magna Carta was released, Steenberg Vineyards will not be releasing the 2008 vintage as the quality is not up to standard.

Instead they have released a Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2008 which is available from the Cellar Door at R160 per bottle.

Steenberg Vineyards have arranged a weekend away from Friday 31st July to Sunday 2nd August.

Join John Loubser on a weekend for a special gourmet and wine weekend at The Palms Wilderness Retreat on the beautiful Garden Route.

Pre dinner drinks, gourmet meals accompanied by Steenberg wines, champagne breakfasts, optional hikes and other entertainments are all fully included in the special rate of R2455 per person sharing.
